Show Bear:
Our show mead, made simply with honey water and yeast. We use blueberry blossom honey to produce a mead that is lightly sweet and mostly dry and crisp.

ABV: 12.0 %

Show Bear has a delicate earthiness to it that lends itself well to any kind of fowl (chicken, turkey, duck, goose) as well as semi-firm, earthy-nutty cheeses, particularly if they have “hay” and “grass” notes. Cheeses to Consider: Tomme de Savoie, Manchego or Ccampo de Montalbon.

Drink recipe:
Flip the Script (from Meaghan at Booze Epoque)
  • 1.5 ounces Show Bear mead
  • 1 ounce gin (batch 10)
  • 0.5 ounces grand marnier.
  • 5 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice, shake until frothy. Strain into glass.
